Meet Sarah

Hi, I’m Sarah, the bridal hair stylist behind The Pretty Barrette. I’ve been creating timeless, elegant wedding hairstyles for brides in the Raleigh area since 2019, and I’ve had the honor of working with hundreds of brides to help them feel confident and beautiful on their wedding day.

My love for hairstyling started early. I was the kid doing everyone's hair at sleepovers. By high school, I was enrolled in cosmetology classes, and by the time I was 18, I was a fully licensed cosmetologist. Over the years, I’ve done everything from haircuts and color to manicures but my true passion has always been bridal hair.
